Communicating design needs for a new space can be challenging. We help clients identify special areas, features, and uses to suit their home occupancy and business needs for new construction, remodels or additions. Following due diligence, we draft a list of needs, wants, and criteria and invite a designer to create renderings that will help the client visualize the space before making an investment in a set of architectural plans.

Our main collaborator when it comes to renderings, is Paula Cano, a Colombian Designer pursuing her Architecture License in TX.
