Designing programs that provide technical skills and industry training is a dynamic approach to bridge workforce gaps and boost digital competence, promoting economic mobility within the small business sector. Versatile learning and adaptability can unlock numerous future opportunities. Through collaborations with small firms, CDFIs, Chambers, Nonprofits, we have provided training and technical assistance to the local business community, contributing to capital access, asset building, and team efficiency. Additionally, partnerships with Colleges & Universities have helped student participants earn course credit for their degree program, gaining valuable industry experience and a network that enhances the value of their degree, making them workforce ready.
