Through engagements with small firms, CDFIs, Chambers, and Nonprofits, we have provided training and technical assistance to the local workforce and business community, contributing to neighborhood development, job creation, capital access, and team efficiency. Additionally, partnerships with colleges & universities have led to student participants earning course credit for their degree program, while gaining valuable industry experience and a network that enhances the value of their degree, making them workforce ready.
